Tierra Buena is a new development for ecologically minded Sims. Houses must use recycled materials wherever possible, and natural landscaping is to remain in tact with only absolutely necessary cutting of trees. Sims are to profess a sincere interest in art and science (even if what they really want is popularity or romance), and they should only shower when green. With these rules in mind, I present No. 1 Overlook Drive, an angular, modern house with recycled wood floors, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, open concept kitchen and dining, pool, and lots of energy efficient windows. Use your own custom content to decorate, but remember the recycled wood rule (not really.)
