My second creation marks the opening of a new neighborhood in my game - Munro Town. Kudos to those who pick up on the theme.

I wanted to create a clean, tidy modern build with this house, and after a few attempts and failures, I think I've succeeded. The house has four bedrooms, including a spacious room currently being used as a study. The ground floor is open plan and there is a large garage attached to the house.

Everything is fully furnished, if minimal, and the house is fully functional, including all skill building items.

Outside, there is a stylish fenced garden, with sunbathing facilities, as well as a barbeque and dining area. All plants should be accessible.

Custom content is extremely minimal; I only used Holy Simoly's Pleiadian Fencing, found here: http://www.holysimoly.com/index.cfm...&pagestartrow=4
