3 Bradbury Avenue was built for a young career woman, living alone. The open plan arrangement was perfectly suited for her tastes and minimalistic lifestyle. She later adopted a little girl, who took up residence in the spare room. With large open living areas and a spacious garden, this house was the perfect place for them to get to know one another without getting under each other's feet.

This house boasts two spacious bedrooms, one with an elegant, quirky shape, suited perfectly to a full bedroom suite. The living area is open plan and the kitchen, although a little narrow, is long and big enough for a table for three. There are two good sized bathrooms.

This house is unfurnished, except for the kitchen and bathrooms, leaving it open for its new owner's interpretation. There is a single space drive way with room for expansion, and the garden has room for a table and chairs and children's play equipment.
