Ideal for shy or isolationist single sims who love to fish, this studio style three room cabin has an eat-in kitchen, full bath, and fireplace. Artistic sims will enjoy being outdoors painting the picturesque setting. Features stocked fishing pond, outdoor easel, and high-end appliances.
Built on a 20x30 lot, it was inspired by the Yukon Cabin here: http://www.townandcountryplans.com/yukon.html.
Furnishings are base game. World Adventures and Ambitions required for some trees and rocks.
No CC or Store items used. §14,685 furnished; §11,551 unfurnished. Your sim will have money leftover!
