The Sapphire is a two-story penthouse apartment with a view from every room. The apartment's crowning jewel is the rooftop infinity aquarium pool with private access. Decorated in blues, this sparkling gem would be perfect for your azure loving sim or perhaps the posh residence of a blue Berry Sim!

The Sapphire is CC free and first in what I plan to be a small series of apartment buildings. I furnished the apartment minimally, but with high end items. Also, there is a communal basement room for your sims' customization. This apartment includes just one NPC neighbor door, although whenever I play, it's always a slew of the service townies (maid, repairman, babysitter etc) that occupy it... Anyways, I hope you & your sims enjoy!
