This is the apartment that will have all the townies thinking, "WOW! These sims know how to live!"

The 2 CC required are not included in the download because of their respective uploader's/site policies. The custom content is a lighting fixture by DOT and blinds by mutske, both from TSR. Please download them here and here.


Constrain-Floor-Elevation allowed me to make the building appear to have 7 floors, but the game still thinks it has 5, so the elevator (go to level...) floors are off.
The style is sort of a tweaked-modern. There's a lot of red.. (I like red.)

I strongly recommend omegastarr82's maxis-match overhead cabinets. They're in package format, so they are not included in the download.

Also, I havesimsi45's half wall fixes in my game. They are not required though, if you don't mind the missing corners.
