The 'Great Australian Dream', traditionally, has been being able to own your own home. Although it's not as prominent of an idea these days, it's still an important part of our culture.
This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is modelled off a classic Australian homestead design - a relatively simple home among the gum trees (with lots of plum trees over in the back corner), suited to a family of four. It features an open plan kitchen, dining and living area at the rear of the house which looks out over a backyard where you might just see a sheep or two or a kangaroo. The three sizeable bedrooms are located at the front of the house, with two children's rooms with single beds and a master bedroom with ensuite. The main bathroom is located in the back corner of the house, with separate toilet (tested for playability) and laundry. There's no dryer, as an Australian family relies on the clothesline out the back. There's a lovely verandah out the front (or around the whole house, for that matter) with an old rocking chair as well as a barbecue and small outdoor seating area. The house has been through a bit, in it's life - everything outside has faded in the hot Australian sun, but that doesn't mean it doesn't all work just like new! The interior has been modernised to a degree and there are no shortage of luxuries to please whichever family moves into their Great Australian Dream.
Can technically be played with any combination of EPs and SPs but used a considerable amount of content from the EPs listed as required.
Also used one decorative item from Master Suite Stuff.

Install Instructions
Quick Guide:
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
