Deco Domicile - A Lot Bin Makeover

Presenting the all new Deco Domicile to you

(Side note: I had great fun doing this. Living not far from a place called Springs in Gauteng, South Africa - a city claiming to have the 2nd highest number of Art Deco buildings of any city in the world - I felt that I have at least seen real art deco buildings in my life, which is not often the case when it comes to some of the architecture in Sims. Before Covid-19, there were tours in the city to visit these buildings, and current neighbour told me she lived there, in a sea green and pink apartment building).

The home now has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 inside).

A brand new swimming pool had its own requirements, and the new garage now has a new bathroom and a room with a hot tub connected to it.

The ground floor has a kitchen and dining room on the left and a living room and bathroom on the right of the entrance. The 4 bedrooms are on the top floor.

Proper balconies were added to the front and the back, and the space on the roof in the "before house" now has a door leading to a usable space as well.

The house is fully furnished, quite expensive and I hope some of your Sims will have the time of their lives living there.

The lot was very large and I used the Lot Adjuster to shrink it - it is 10 tiles smaller now. The lot was cleaned and compressed, and, as usual, a copy of the lot was play tested.
