The Perfect Garden - Updated for UNIVERSITY

Presenting the perfect garden - containing all the plants you need from base-game to University!

I am really grateful for past creators who have made these community gardens. They got my sims through many generations. However, Supernatural and University added a TON of new plants, and I wanted to add those as well. So I have created my own version of the community garden.



This lot contains four of every plantable ingredient, vegetable, fruit, or herb in the game with the EXCEPTION of four: the Death Plant (harvest it once and it's dead, quality is useless), the Money Tree (because you can't eat it or plant it), the Omni plant (can't get a perfect version of it anyway), and the new Forbidden Fruit from University (doesn't work on community lots as far as I can tell). Everything else has been painstakingly cultivated and landscaped by one hapless fairy.



The plants are organized by the type of plant. There is an area for coffee beans, for magic plants such as the life fruit and flame fruit, herbs, a covered area for mushrooms, one for grapes, etc. The lot is very peaceful and includes a pond for fishing, two chess sets, an easel, and a snow cone machine. There are also two bathrooms so that your sims don't pee themselves as they spend 48 hours harvesting all of the ingredients.



This lot is larger than previous community gardens. It is 40x40. I realize that this is big, but it is that way for a couple of reasons. First of all, it is basically impossible after the last couple of expansions to fit all of the plants on a 20x30 lot. Secondly, I'm pretty sure we can all expect the next few expansion packs to add around seven-hundred new plants, and I wanted room to expand in the future.



Store Content Recommended but not Included: Al Fresco Street Market. This set includes a lemon tree and purple eggplant. I have made spaces for these items and have included them in the screenshots, but they are NOT included in the download. You'll have to perfect those ones yourself.

There is no custom content in this download. All objects are created using the base game and several expansion packs. This download DOES require University, but there isn't an option to put that in the download requirements as of yet.
