Masoura Dorm (13 Rooms)

Masoura dorm was designed taking into consideration the gap between the rich and poor students. Normally the rich Sims were always found to make more friends among the other set. With this in mind, the designers of Masoura Dorm thought of the essence to bring together these sets of Sims under the same roof which will ultimately lead to new friendship. Visitors to the dorm could hardly differentiate who is who because at Masoura dorm, no one is poor and no one is rich




There are 13 rooms in this magnificent dorm comprising of 7 small and 6 big room with each having its own private bathroom. All rooms also have a private phone and are all fully decorated to the amazement of other Sims. the entrance with its grand stairway simply says a silent welcome as you approach and the split level stairways that connects each floor at opposite ends redefined the beauty more.


The second floor as the kitchen and dining located in it so to serve as a midway for all the residents. If your sims are in the mode of trying that trick shot they just learned, then the pool table across the dining is the ultimate place to be. With the knowledge that visitors will always come for a visit or in case of an emergency, the public rest room is also located here to prevent them from wandering into your room.

For the fitness minded students, and the book worms, the gym and the library are located on the third floor. And when summer comes and the sun is out trying to dehydrate you, simply take a dive into the pool at the back of the dorm. And you feel like you need some fresh air, not to worry, the out door garden is the place for you because it has rest spots where you can lie down and day dream forgetting that the exam is just round the corner


So hurry up and book your place and experience that life you always dream about life in a dorm because when you stay at Masoura, you will never want to leave

Have tested and played this dorm wit 3 students and to the best of my knowledge everything works perfectly well.....but am about it since a tree cannot make a forest. So if you encounter any problem kindly let me know and I will fix it and if you it, hitting the thanks icon would be appreciated.

Please note that if you want to have the Dorm appear exactly as it is, you will need the above custom contents. The topmost rooms have transparent tiles allowing you to view the wonders of the sky from the comfort of your room. So, I will highly recommend you get above custom contents.
