This fully functional modern house was once a small green cottage but now has been completely renovated. The deceptively small appearance will shock you when you see the plans. Even large families would find themselves living comfortably in this home.

In total the house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 garage, pool, landscaped garden, 2 living rooms (tv & theatre) and rumpus room.

On the main floor there is a clean living area leading to the dining / kitchen area. From these spaces your sims can access three of the four bedrooms, the garage, and the rear patio which overlooks the rear yard.

In the fully functional basement (with working windows), there's another small kitchen / dining area which leads down the the rumpus, theatre and bar area. (Perfect for parties!) There's also a small bathroom and spare bedroom for when you have extra company in the house.

Hope you all enjoy this lot! Please feel free to leave feedback and clicking the thanks button will be greatly appreciated. Thanks for viewing.
