This is the third home in the Stylish Starter series. It has 2 bedrooms, study nook, and large living area & kitchen.

Another spacious starter home for beginning families on the hunt for a wallet friendly place of residence. The lot has plenty of room for expansion and can currently house up to 4 adults and 1 infant. This house is similar to the previous versions and sits nicely on the left of #2

The house is currently partly furnished to fit under the 20,000 starter mark. Once your Sims start earning money I urge you to complete the furnishing process and it will look absolutely beautiful (not to mention it will suit your personal tastes). It took a me a little bit to complete this one but I overall I am happy with the furnishings as is, and some decorative objects will make an incredible difference.

Stylish starter #4 is not too far away so keep an eye out for it.
