Hi guys! I haven't released anything in a very long time as i've been very busy with life 
. So here is my CC FREE renovated Suburban Townhouse, renamed Grandmother's Cottage as suggested by someone. Thus I have removed the original and reposted this instead.
This 2x3 play-tested, fully furnished lot includes:
2x bedrooms
1x bathroom
1.5x separate toilets
1x laundry
1x spare room for you to fill up!
1x study
1x dining & lounge
1x kitchen
1x garage
The lot's prices are:
Unfurnished: $57, 157
Furnished: $122, 527
Note: Although there are a variety of eps and sps used, they are not all required. This is due to the small nick-nacks I have placed around the house. But the eps and sps that are a must are Nightlife, Ambitions, World Adventures, Pets, Generations, Seasons, Supernatural, Master Suite and Outdoor Living Stuff. The dining/study chairs are from Fast-Lane Stuff, and a few small items and mirrors from Showtime.
I have placed a pet feeding bowl in the kitchen and a cat bed upstairs if your sims wish to have pets. Bear in mind the house does come with some expensive furniture so it would be a shame to have to replace it all the time! So make sure they are non-destructive! haha
There are also a few random herbs/vegetables near the back door, a washing line, fire-place and landscaped gardens for your sims to enjoy. Please don't ask how the grand piano got upstairs! Sims do some strange things as you are very well aware of.
Please do note the light seems to bounce of the kitchen bench for some odd reason. It has something to do with the white colour I've used, so if you wish change the colour. I have added in a spare room next to the kitchen. It is not intended as a bathroom, which someone thought, as there is a separate toilet next to the laundry; I just thought it would be nice tiled. The house is fairly busy, yes, but keep in mind it was made for a small family with lots of things for them to do! Plus i'm so sorry if there are a few random dishes, newspapers, dirty clothes...or random gnomes on the lot!
