I've never done a split-level style home and wanted to give it a try. I ended up with this neat little home; it has 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom. There is an attached garage with enough space for 2 cars. The trash bin and recycle bin are also in the garage (with seasons I hate when my Sims take the trash out when it's raining and get soaked). This house is play tested and there are no routing issues. Also I only used base game and the ambitions expansion pack objects.
