The Basics: Moonlight Nectary has 3 bedrooms (master, child, and butler's quarters) and 3 bathrooms, and you can easily expand this number by constructing rooms in the basement or converting the library and/or art room. This property is CC and store content free.

The Basement: The basement is finished but largely unfurnished to allow room for your growing family and interests. It does contain the butler's room, laundry, and nectar making equipment. The second level of the basement is devoted to a large nectar cellar, waiting to be filled.

The Garden: To make great nectar, you need great ingredients. The front of a lot boasts a large heirloom garden with all of the ingredients you will need for nectar making. This garden was started 3 generations ago by my sims, and it has been tended and improved over time, with each parent passing on starters to their children. Nearly all of the plants are at perfect quality. However, the garden is missing a few items: cheese, eggs, plasma fruit, steak, hamburgers, and all of the university items. The trees can be found lining the front drive and near the barn. Your sims can view their thriving garden from their sun room style dining area.


The Pool Area: Your sims will enjoy spending time in their spacious pool and outdoor living area. A covered patio holds a full outdoor cooking area with grill, fridge and seating area. You can also enjoy your nectar at the outdoor bar.


The Barn: To further the country experience, the property includes a barn large enough to house 3 horses, with a fenced area in front for grazing.
