Mobile Mansions Court - CC Free

Thanks to the inspiration from the posters in the "Where do you get your inspiration for making sims" thread, I decided to build a rickety old trailer park to house some of my more colorful sims, and I've finally managed to get the place cleaned up and packaged for uploading.

Introducing Mobile Mansions Court



The trailer park has five individual trailers in a variety of configurations. Each trailer has its own bathroom and sleeping area. Amenities of the park include a laundry room, outdoor recreation area, and a lab. At full capacity, the park can sleep 11 sims. Details for the arrangements of each trailer are included in the pictures below.


I've tried to give each trailer its own personality that matches the sims that are living in them (in my game). Trailer #1 - Elena's trailer has been decorated throughout with hideous lively patterns.


Trailer #3 is decorated for that "romantic" sim.

***An important note for playing with this lot***

While you can use the lock system implemented with the 1.50 patch to prevent other sims on the lot from entering another family's trailer, it will not stop them from wanting to get into that trailer. This means that a sim may demand (and throw multiple tantrums) entrance to a different trailer to (for example) use a microwave. I finally had to unlock all of the doors and give the sims free access to all of the trailers. Ultimately, if you want the realism of a functioning trailer park, you may be better off with creating trailers on separate lots rather than using this lot. If you come up with a better system for this park, please feel free to let me know!
