Now for the fourth house in my series of mini lots: Humble Beginnings. This is a simple but cozy starter bungalow requiring only a 10x10 lot for placement. Contains no CC or store items. Playtested. Comes with kitchen/dining/living room, one bedroom, one bathroom, laundry room, and a small garden with outdoor seating. Price unfurnished: 8,205. Furnished: 13,625.
