The trailer park was actually really fun to create! (Excuse the title. I suck with trying to come up with names!).

I tried to keep it on a reasonably small lot (3x4) and keep the cost down as much as I could too. It can house 5 Sims, each in their own trailer which are all fully self-contained.

Each trailer is decorated moderately. Using mostly miss-match objects and patterns, since, well, they are trailers! They are also very easy for you to re-decorate them to suit whichever Sims you'll have move in there.

On the lot, you'll find a pond and a BBQ area with swings to keep your Sims entertained until they move onto bigger and better things.

I built this lot at 74 Landgraab Ave but it should be able to go just about anywhere.
