Gotta love a tropical lot. This is an old challenge I made for myself last year, to make a bunch of residential homes with unusual colour palettes & banning myself from using the auto-roof tool.

The Pineapple is a two story, single bedroom home for your small sim families. The home is designed for water front views, all the decking & front door are all facing the back of the lot. It's on a small 2x2 so its perfect if you've ran out of room for those huge Beach lots!
