Firstly, I just have to say that this lot was inspired by a sketch I found online by the artist Kip Devore; entitled 'The Antique Shop'. I tried to stick to the original facade, but got carried away with making this my own. Also, this house is pictured in Sinkala's world 'Morreaux', so be sure to check that out, you might even recognise a few of my houses in it





Devore Cottage, was once the town consignment shop, it catered to the eccentric and unusual needs of the town. But sadly the times have changed and the shop has been closed. Most of the ornaments, trinkets and nick-nacks have been sold in a recent auction, so the house is relatively free of clutter, but if you want to buy the house and the remaining furniture you'll have to act quick as it will all go to auction very soon. Many of the locals are deeply saddened by the loss of such a community asset. A house that was once packed with wonders and curiosities is now quite bare.



The house is structuraly sound and so you could move in straight away, you could even turn the house back into a consignment shop and restore it to it's place in society, or you could keep it as a family home and love it for what it is. There's certainly the space for all your trinkets and ornaments.
