I'm excited to share this modern beach/cliff-side house I designed on The Sims 3. I was inspired to build a modern home after I searched and searched for a modern house to download for my Sims that did NOT include any custom content, and it was very hard to find. So I decided to build my own modern home and share it online for people who want a nice modern home for their Sims without having to download any custom content.




The home is fully furnished with a modern classy style and would be perfect for a single professional Sim or couple, a small family or a group of roommates. The home features large windows in the main living/dining/kitchen area making the house perfect for a beach/cliff-side home with amazing water views. This modern 3 bedroom house also has an outdoor dining/patio that looks over the pool and spa area as well as a large backyard.





I hope you like this home and enjoy playing in it with your Sims! I plan to build more homes and share them for you to download and enjoy, thanks.
