I'm so excited to finally have this home finished and uploaded! I haven't put so much detail into a house before, I don't think one piece of it is a maxis/ea/sims preset and I'm so proud of the gardens and colors. I wanted it to be as realistic as possible. I adore Spanish/Caribbean inspired homes and especially area's like Beverly Hills, California where a lot of homes are in that style. I hope you enjoy playing in this home with your sims!

Cars are not included in this download because it brings the price of the lot up to 1 million simoleons which is crazy!

There is absolutely NO custom content (CC) in this download at all.

The back of the house is not on completely flat land as I had a hill behind my house which ruined that, but in the screenshots I added a picture of the home placed on a flat lot and as you can see there are no dramatic or major changes at all, the house still looks perfectly fine.


This is where the house is placed in Starlight Shores. There's orignally a home with an old woman and a young teenager there but I wanted that land for La Hermosa Villa so I replaced it.
