'Peregrina' Neighborhood Terrain

Peregrina is an enchanting river and lake-side small town with roads sprawling across smooth plains and plateaus overlooked by a pine forest upon a mountain. It's roads lead to four separate areas, two of which can accommodate a few beach lots and a smaller one intended for a city hall or other landmark lot.

In this picture from SC4, you can better the layout of the roads, but I highly recommend getting GunMod's Camera Mod to view your new neighborhood completely.


It is my very first attempt at making a terrain map and I am very pleased with how it came out. I am very thankful to travellersside, who's Guide to Creating Custom Neighborhoods inspired and aided me throughout the whole process. Additional thanks to Maxis for SC4, it's a gem and I enjoyed playing with it again after so many years.

HOW TO: Just drop all of the files into your \Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\SC4Terrains folder and you're ready to go!

With a little decoration, this town can bloom into quite beautiful place. For that, I recommend checking out Criquette's neighborhood decoration sets, especially the Marina and Ferry sets which are a delight, as you can see in this picture:
