'Lake Meria' Neighborhood Terrain

LAKE MERIA is a picturesque location for a cozy and charming sim settlement, a true oasis surrounded by beautiful mountains. It provides plenty of space for beach lots and its terrain matches up with neighboring town of "St. John-by-the-River", if you're interested in continuity.

In this picture from SC4, you can better the layout of the roads, but I highly recommend getting GunMod's Camera Mod to view your new neighborhood completely.



I just can't get enough of waterfronts, at this point my simnation's gonna be an archipelago It's pronounced like the spanish city of Almería, by the way

HOW TO: Just drop all of the files into your \Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\SC4Terrains folder and you're ready to go!
