Cosy, affordable two bedroom, three bath house for a small family.
First floor features open plan kitchen, living and dining, master bedroom with en suite bathroom, plus guest bathroom.
Second floor is a loft style bedroom with en suite bath. I have it furnished with one single bed and a crib, plus dresser and toys. It could easily hold a double bed or two singles to accommodate your family's needs.
Car has driveway for one car.
Lot is 20x30, with the front facing the 30 side. But it could easily be placed with the 20 side in front, making what is now the right side of the house the front. You'd just need to turn the driveway around.
