There are quite a few players out there who want to buy a house for a family with kids without using cheats. I decided to create a home that has enough room for a couple with 2 kids. If you create a family with 2 kids (or 4 Sims) and want to move them into a home immediately, they will have 20,500 Simoleons to spend on their new home. This home costs 20,483 Simoleons on a 20 x 30 lot.

The kids bedroom does have a toy chest, and I designed it as a model room to show its potential and tried to make it gender neutral. All the bedrooms just come with the basics to stick to the budget, but have enough room in each to add more



Home includes an eat-in kitchen with seating for 4 and does include a fire alarm.
Livingroom has a cozy atmosphere with a small TV.



Due to my goal of creating a home for a family that doesn't require the money cheat, the backyard is open to the creation of a family-friendly environment as soon as one of your Sims has a career. However, it does include 3 apple trees for potential gardeners or for your Sims to make some cash on the side.
