This lovely affordable home could be perfect for your family. Greet your guests on the covered front porch before heading into the spacious Great Room. Nearby, the breakfast room and step-saver kitchen merge together to simplify mealtime. This master suite would be the ideal place to sleep in late on the weekends while the kids or your guests rest comfortably in the two additional bedrooms.
This home is a three bedroom, two bathroom, one-story, single family home for your Sims on a 30x20 Lot.
Inside you will find:
- Open concept living, dining, and kitchen combination.
- Master suite with private bathroom.
- Two additional bedrooms for your Sims kids or guests.
- Two-car garage.
Outside you will find:
- Driveway that fits two additional cars.
- Landscaping in the front.
This home is the third installment in the Affordable Collection.
The Affordable Collection:
The affordable collection is very much like my BEST Value Collection. I have to admit, when I start a family I do cheat! My cheating is as follows:
- Adult/Elder Sim: give $10,000 each.
- Toddler/Child/Teen Sims: give $7,000 each.
About this home:
This home is furnished for a Sims Couple with two kids, probably a boy and a girl. Of course you can change the room colors to accommodate two girls or two boys. Also, one of the additional bedrooms can be transformed into a study/gym area.
*This home was modeled after a real home plan. The text at the top is what the architect had to say about this home. There is a picture of the suggested exterior below.
Enjoy!

Install Instructions
Quick Guide:
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
