First, I have to let you guys know that this lot was not completely flat to begin with and of course I elevated many areas of it to make the canyon road. I did place the lot successfully in my neighborhood without problems and I play tested quite a while. Four sims lived there unsupervised for quite some time as I just left the game running. The four houses have two to three bedrooms each and large living areas. The sims used all of the houses about equally since all of them are furnished and decorated. I was thinking about Prescott, AZ where my parents lived for 25 years. The streets go up and down hills and houses are often built on steep lots. I loved it there, and hope your sims will like their world version.
