Sea Drift is ultra modern, has lots of light and space, and incredible views through picture windows. The back deck includes jacuzzi and chess and has room for barbecue grill, lounge chairs, telescope, just about anything else a Sim could want. The house has open concept living, dining, and kitchen downstairs as well as the master bedroom and private bath. Upstairs are two bedrooms and baths and front and back balconies. I have a Sim with bushy, bushy blonde hairdo living there whose name is Wave Boarder. So far he seems content to live off the motherlode, no desire for a job. He made friends with Brooke Stone the first day in the house and sees that as a good sign. Hope you have a Sim who will have luck in this house too.
