The Hillside House

This is the Hillside House. It's a modern house with a pool and an underground garage.

The whole house is build on one floor (first time I managed to get everything on one floor, hehe).
So, one the first and only floor you find a large livingroom with an awesome big fireplace and a diningarea.
There's also an open kitchen. When you walk through the hall you can see this little open study. Next to that is the first bedroom.
This is a small bedroom. You could turn this into an recreationroom or a study too. Your choice.

Behind the study is the main bathroom. Next to the mainbathroom is the masterbedroom with en suite bathroom.
The master bedroom is very big. Under the masterbedroom is the garage. First time I've ever tried an underground garage
and it turned out very well. I'm happy with the result.
In the backyard is a small, but swimable pool.

Information about the house:
- The house is build on a 30x20 lot. (Also first time I made a bigger house than 25x20)
- The price furnished is 93.925, so not very cheap.
- The price unfurnished is 61.951.
- Requires WA, AM and LN.

The others are furniture, so if you don't want to download them it's no problem. They will be replaced with basic Sims furniture.
