This is another one of my daisy lane homes, which are starter homes that are 1-3 bedrooms. This home in particular is 105 Daisy Lane, has 1 bedroom, uses no custom content, and is on a 2x2 lot. This home is 19,993 furnished and 9,880 unfurnished. The downstairs is VERY tight and I would not recommend more than 2 sims living in this home (this home however is meant more for just 1 sim though). I personally think this is a good home for romance sims who tend to never settle down, but have their significant others over a lot (the backyard is great place for a hot tub too) 105 Daisy Lane features a balcony, and has 1 bathroom on the downstairs and the bedroom is a upstairs loft. I have a furnished and unfurnished version attached. Enjoy and comments are very welcome
