This was a requested house based on this home: http://scoobydoo.wikia.com/wiki/Rog...d_Scooby-Doo%29 as best as I could do.This house has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, priced at 34,873 unfurnished and 73,960 furnished. There is a driveway that uses 3 cars and in the front a flower box that you will have to either replace the flowers instead of watering or just get rid of the planting box altogether. The only custom content used is windows by Leefish which is not included in the file, so you must download them find them here: http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=307189.
