This is a new project I'm working on called Daisy Lane homes. They will be 1-3 bedroom homes that cost less than 25,000. They are meant to be starter homes, and the ones over 20,000 will be second houses when you have a little more money. You can download this home fully furnished (19,224), or unfurnished (11,399). 102 Daisy Lane is on a 2x2 lot, with enough room for a driveway on the side, but it will be tight. There are two bedrooms, that share 1 bathroom, and a half bathroom too. There is a large living space that is shared with the kitchen space. There is a small brick area by the front door fenced in that makes a great place to put a outdoor chair and have your sim sit and enjoy the fresh air. There is enough room in the living space to expand by building an upstairs.
