116 Daisy Lane is an entirely custom content free starter home. This is from my project long ago to create CC free starter homes for the sims community. This house has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, styled like a small cottage. Ideal for a couple and 1-2 kids (though furnished version can only have 1 child). I have included both a furnished and unfurnished version to download, furnished is labeled as such whereas the unfurnished is simply "Daisy Lane 116". Furnished is $19,924. Unfurnished goes for $9,926. Lot size is 3x2 Enjoy and happy simming!
