This is my first upload, be kind? :D

This tenament building has been converted into a dorm. It holds twelve students, six in each building. Each apartment has abedroom, sparsely furnished living room and a kitchen. Each floor of two apartments shares a bathroom.

The firescapes in the alley are non-accesably from the apartments. You'll need to convert the lot back to a residential lot and trade the windows out for doors to do this. They do, however, have access to the roof.

I don't think much of what available in the alley is actually workable, i just put them there for looks. If someone has a dumpster or piles of trash that i can put in there, that'd be great! :cowboy:

Ran it through CleanInstaller and it doesn't have any mods in it. Obviously requires University (hehe). All maxis stuff except for FoxyBaby's bedding (sheepdreams, and sweetdreams). i don't remember putting those in there, but the installer knows best
