This is my first house and I designed it with the Sims2 player in mind. It has a bath and a half and two kitchen sinks so your Sims won't have to use the bathroom to clean-up. It has a small garden out back with place for two deck chairs. The third bedroom can be used as a computer room with a small bed to relax in between bytes. You can redecorate the interior as I'm not a good inferior decorator.

No hacks. Selling price is $31,080 simoleans.
