The House of Content (Furnished and Unfurnished)

Yes It has been ages since I have uploaded. There are many resons to that; school, trying to build 5 houses at once and just playing the Sims (Something I haven't done in awhile.)

Anyhoo, Today I bring you the the second of my "House of" set. This time it is the House of Content. It is content mainly because of the small pond with a curved bridge at the back and the many trees surronding the house.

I have now added a furnished version of the house after alot of struggle with the computer freezing and annoyingly restarting itself. Anyway the house furnished verison of the house contains:
- 4 bedrooms
- 2 bathrooms
- 2 lounge rooms with a study included in one of them.
- 2 viewing rooms
- Patio with bar and spa
- Kitchen with dining table near it
- 1 car garage

Ok now heres the details of it:

- Built on a 3x4 lot.
- Costs §113,973
- 2 floors (Well actually three if you count the rooves of the dormers).
- A nice little pond with a curved bridge for walking over.
- On the second floor there is a patio outside for entertaining.
- 2 cars can fit on the driveway but only one in the garage.
- I believe there are 11 rooms with 5 on the top floor and 6 on the bottom (Not including garage)
- Another little deck out front of the house for viewing
- Requires Uni, Nightlife and Open for Business

You might be looking at how many people have downloaded the house and well the only one that is truthful is the unfurnished file, because well they are all mixed up but don't worry they are both absolutely perfectly fine for donwloading!
