This is a roomy 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath family home, built on a 5x4 lot.

There are two versions of this home; they are both fully furnished.

The first version is that of the request - In where the garage is built, it was remodeled for a home business. It costs 129,120.

The second version is where there is a side garage (many thanks to Suisada and Sotalia for their tutorials and to HisBeachGirl for pointing me in the right direction ) Costs 111,239. In this version, the garage works perfectly fine, just the animation for the car backing out into the road isn't shown.

In both homes, the first floor has the master suite with private bath, large kitchen with island and dining room and patio, as well as a large living room and study.

The second floor has two bedrooms and a spacious loft area over looking the entrance down below.

I've played both versions, and have them working fine in my game, but should anyone run into any problems, please either post it here, or pm me.

Only used Maxis-made objects. Hack Free. Requires University, Nightlife and OFB.
