Balika House is a quite a high little building on a small footprint with a garage in the basement and the pool embedded in the massive terrace. It is a copy from a bigger structure but turned 45 degrees and some razor-like features come out much more because of the different position.Many balconies became just ornaments but Balika doesn't care.
There was once a guy laughing with Balika's layout once he entered it...the peep never came out again.Now if that's not cozy i don't know what is. :/
