this is a 2 bed family starter, i tried for a suburban design, there is a master bedroom and a smaller bedroom with room to fit o double bed or 2/3 single beds,
room out front for car parking spaces or anything else you may prefer,

inside is a nicely sized kitchen with room for all your small appliances and family clutter


a cosy living room


and at the end of the master bedroom is a quaint little roon ideal for use as a study, walk in closet or small nursery


i tried to keep it down to basic basics to keep the cost as low as i could, i have tested this for playability,
