Sweet Elizabeth is a first modest attempt at a fantasy dollhouse.
The big slanted roofs of the house were done in so many sections to keep them from protruding in the house and it worked ....mostly
The two big sections are also cut in half to keep them from fighting each other on one side of the house and what looked like an unavoidable error at first got a little entrance door thrown in covered in mystique and secrecy....yaaawn ;P
Lot Size: 30x20
Lot Price: Furnished §74.000
Unfurnished §42.000
Okay...what more can i say about this house;
First I'll start with the long end of decorating the inside; Let me explain that this is absolutely not my specialty.Let's just say the shorter the time i put in decorating the interiors, the better.
The outside was finished in only a few hours and with an awful lot of luck with the mass and shape.
The big hay roof was a struggler though but tamed after a long battle with clipping parts and shivering textures.
It draws inspiration from 19th century Benelux farmhouses with a lot more volume and height just for looks.
The front and back facades are by far the most fun to re-texture and experiment with. They also steal all the thunder from the sides but personally i don't mind, let them stand aside!

Install Instructions
Quick Guide:
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

About Me
I don't play The Sims myself but my wife does and I started to love the building tool so I make the LOT's for her and all who likes them.
I've build SimCity 3000 buildings with the Building Architect Tool ages ago and it took 5 years to even make me take a glimpse at The Sims and the building tools that come with it.What a shame!
In short; It is despite all it's limitations amazing stuff and it renders beautifully.
My wife already regrets showing The Sims to me. ;))
