Hallow Green is a big American brick house from the early 20th century as seen from multiple examples.
It is a very simple structure roughly inspired from John A Patton's Elmhurst House in Indianapolis and the top half is basically showing off some textures.
Many houses from the Victorian era have all kinds of organic shapes and outlandishly decorated walls and porches all around and those shapes are a difficult task in the game.
So, for one of the few first brick buildings we still have to carry in a lot of woodwork:

Now ...about placing props (fences) in weird places like on the roof for example:
One can do this only once with the base game and packs included before things get repetitive but making this house was still a LOT of fun.
The building glows in the dark a little so the name is not that badly chosen i guess.
Although the pictures were taken near the beach this is not really a beach lot but the remote house in a quiet suburban street where the grumpy old man takes care of the garden in the back and his better half takes care of the front as you can see.
Have fun !
