Hi everyone! :D

I'd like to introduce you to Lane 49 - a compact house for your single sims!

I wanted to make this house look quite realictic, so the lot price went up with all of the stuff I've put in there... well, high-end has to have its price.
Main living area combines all what your sims might need - study, kitchen, dining room and is not parted into separate rooms.
Bedroom is furnished in a bit more classic taste.


This is a great place to live in for social sims - the backyard is suited for evening parties and outdoor activities.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the File tab to see the download link. Click the link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract: Use WinRAR (Windows) to extract the .bpi .trayitem and .blueprint file(s) from the .rar or .zip file(s).

3. Place in Tray Folder: Cut and paste all files into your Tray folder:

• Windows XP: Documents and Settings\(Current User Account)\My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray\
• Windows Vista/7/8/8.1: Users\(Current User Account)\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray\
