Update 03/08/19: Updated archive contains .tray items. Place them in your \Tray folder! Re-built with some changes and saved under my own spanking new Origin ID: quiescence90. There's also a some-packs-used version on my simblr! [/end update]

Hello everyone! I'm back with another single-sim house.

It has an open living + dining + kitchen area, one bedroom with en-suite full bath and a study area, and a half bath. It's fully furnished and only basegame items were used! CC-free! Enjoy your pixelly luxury~ :D





Installation Instructions:

Unzip and place the .package files in your /Mods folder. To uninstall, delete the .package files from your /Mods folder - deleting the packaged lot from your gallery only creates a TrayDeletedItems file which hides it and doesn't actually delete the lot from where you put it in your /Mods folder. See this thread on packaging lots for TS4.
