I have resized the Basic wall from the game with the Crown Moulding and Baseboards and created new colors. I have done this because the size of the crown moulding was bothering me. When your wall is at the lowest height level and then you move a window to the highest slot it overlaps with the crown moulding and doesn't look right. I've resized the crown moulding to eliminate the overlapping.

The size of the baseboard has been reduced slightly as well but mostly just to make it match a little better with the new crown moulding height and to look a little more modern. This wall works for all 3 height levels.

This wall comes in 17 colors and is divided into two packages. A Brighter colored package and a Lighter more faded style of colors. I've separated them because in game the swatches could be a little hard to tell apart between the brights and faded. In game they'll show up separately and have Bright or Faded listed in the description to help with the distinction.

You can find this wall in the Paint section and it is $2.

This wall matches up with my partially tiled wall that can be found here: (http://modthesims.info/download.php?t=539168).
