Here it is, my 3rd creation for the sims 4.
This time i wanted to make a starter house for my sims.
Obviously the budget drove me crazy, as you can see the bedroom is pretty simple and there aren't all those decorations that i like to put...but you can have a nice outdoor place where you can watch some tv in your expensive LCD... which is nice.
I've already placed a desk in the entrance hall, you can put there your computer or whatever you would like.
A good location would be:
Lot Size: 20x15
Lot Type: Residential
Bedrooms: 1
Bathrooms: 1
Custom Content: Nothing
Lot Price Furnished: 19'937
Lot Price Unfurnished:11'137
Lot Size: 20x15
