I got a request a while back that I have totally forgotten to upload. I had so many problems and it took so much time to make my previous lot "Bates Motel". But here it is!

I was asked to make a small starter home on a budget just for the basegame. So here it is.

The little starter!
It has one bath, one bedroom, and a combined kitchen/livingspace. It is fully furnished and also has a small porch in the back with a grill and a place to get that tan going. Appliances are on the cheap side but that is what you get on a budget!

I think it´s small and cozy and my sim that I moved in has done some redecorating and renovations after he got a job so it´s getting there

This was made only with the base game and no kits.
