Calling all hermits! This is the perfect modern home for every sim seeking refuge from the bustling city. And how could it get any better you may ask? Well, it's not only a starter home but also a tiny home, standing at the measurements of 8X8 tiles! The home is dressed simply for any sim to put their perfect touch onto it! Not only is it simply furnished, but it also has some mid-tier appliances to ensure that your grilled cheese doesn't burn first try!

This build was HEAVILY inspired by a Sims 3 build by Deligracy that I still can't get out of my mind. So I hope this does her justice!
