In case your Sim kids didn't have enough costumes for Halloween, here's one more: the mini mystic. The costume comes in two colours (brown or white):




As you can see, both colours are unisex and can be worn by both boys and girls. I've set these as Everyday. A new mesh is included, and it has a working fat morph (see the redheaded girl in the white robes). No EPs or SPs are required.
