Mermaid Palace - 2 variants for with and without digital deluxe edition

A mermaid palace should standing in a sea!
It is not easy. But, thus, I built a fantasy castle with abstract style of sea wave and huge water-columns. The idea is to make a moment's representation of a kind of transformation from water and stone into castle. It is cubistic style. Haha! The main element of this lot is water -- not only around this mermaid palace, but also in the building.


Let's get a tour inside it (cf. more screenshots at the top of this entry):
Floor 1: direct after the front entry is there a pool with water passage way to the main part of this building. That is the so called "mirror hall" on midline of the palace -- an amazing party room for dancing and chatting in group. Furthermore, a bar, a stage of talk show as well as a play zone with chess and computer are located to the left and right side of the mirror hall. In the front left and right sides/ near the entry are there an artist corner and a musician corner;

Floor 2: a relative quiet VIP zone with restaurant, bar, public WC, museum corner and resting corner;
Floor 3: romantic lounge couches; fitness for two;
Floor 4: a roof pool with paranormal sight

There is a waterfall construction on the back side of this palace. The water of roof pool flows down into that ground pool etc.

There are two download files here. You can choose one. The "Mermaid Palace 2" is a variant choice to the above described water palace. The only changes are:
- add cliff to the back side of the building
- delete all night digital contents (the white dinning chairs on floor 2; the laser show on the small tower). This means that you need no digital deluxe edition to use this one. (Cost: free or 321.770)


Some Notes:
- This is a place-saved castle (30x20). It is play friendly e.g. for a pool party and night life occasion.
- Building type: night club (default), bar, lounge, museum or resident; Bedroom 1; toilet 3; no cc.
- The most items of this building (including the rocks) are in their original sizes. Three blue curtains, a drop ball light (in the dinning room on floor 2) and two mega wall decorations on the back side of middle tower are 1x enlarged.
- recommend the "Indoor Lights Brighter" mod by kikiwalu to define different colours of lights.
- If you want to let Sims reach the mirror hall and the rest spaces of floor 1 only through the swimming way, you may build a one grid wall to the right corridor beside the entry pool.
